    By all accounts NASCIO’s Annual Conference in San Diego was a great success. From my standpoint the most interesting developments involved the number of multi-state coordinated initiatives that were discussed. GIS consortia for Oregon, Montana, Utah and Colorado; Unemployment Insurance system for North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and Arizona; MMIS for Michigan and Illinois; and formal CIO collaboration in New England.     In addition, TechLeader.TV was On-the-Road at NASCIO conducting numerous on-camera interviews with various attendees, presenters and other guests, obtaining valuable insights on conference impressions, keynote speeches, state priorities and initiatives, and interesting prognostications about the elections and the World Series!
