    Deborah (Debbie) Rose was appointed to the position of Director for the Office of Systems Integration on August 27, 2012. Director Rose oversees the $6 billion HHS IT portfolio including:

    •    Case Mgmt Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS) for In-Home Supportive Services
    •    Child Welfare Services Automation Study (CAST)
    •    Child Welfare Services/Case Management System (CWS/CMS)
    •    Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT)
    •    Statewide Welfare Automation System (SAWS) including:

    o  Consortium I-V (C-IV) System
    o  Los Angeles Eligibility, Auto Determination Evaluation & Reporting Consortium (LEADER)
    o  California Welfare Information Network (CalWIN)
    o  Welfare Data Tracking Implementation Project (WDTIP)

    •    Statewide Fingerprint Imaging System (SFIS)
    •    Unemployment Insurance Modernization Project (UIMOD)

    Plus we’ll discuss the new Health IT related projects, and other initiatives.
